vacancy has arisen in our global Research and Development team based in Wigton,
Cumbria for a full-time Analytical Scientist, focusing on Microscopy.
to the New Product Development Manager, the job will include:
Detailed analysis to
contribute to the development of new products and processes for Innovia.
troubleshooting and material identification to support the wider Innovia
manufacturing and commercial teams.

maintaining the laboratory facilities through calibration and equipment

successful candidate should be educated to degree level or equivalent in a
scientific discipline and have experience of working in a laboratory
environment. Experience in a range of techniques, including Optical Microscopy,
SEM, Optical Profilometry, Atomic Force and Raman Microscopy would be a benefit
but not essential as training will be provided.
